The Responsibilities of this role is all technical support supplied to the defined market sector in China Understand customer situation and support Semi Sales in China by providing Vacuum and Abatement products knowledge and technical presentations To finalize optimise solution in sales project, technical interface between customer and headquarter To be the customer trust subfab expert and partner To provide application advise on product performance issues and handle the CIP project to extend pump&abatement MTBF and make customer satisfy. Experience sharing with regional and headquarter on lesson learn in dry pump and abatement regularly. Co-work with product manager team to enable the product roadmap and NPI plan Study on competitor’s product and differentiated our own product value Skills / Knowledge / Experience Master Degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline Vacuum pump and process gas abatement knowledge is

- Strong technical sense, good at issue technical materials.
- Good in both spoken and written English, Japanese or Korean speaking is preferred in additional
- Able to develop/build relationships and interact effectively with customers at the technical manager level.
- CAD drawing and driver licences is preferred
- Like programming or have knowledge of programming.
