REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE • Three or more years of related work experience, preferably in a construction-related field required. • Requires a strong knowledge of all TK Elevator product lines. • Effective project management skills. • Expertise in SRT (Sales Response Team) “Gateway” system • Strong customer service experience and abilities are required. • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and comprehend and organize technical drawings, specifications and procedure manuals

. • Requires the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios. • Must be organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) required. • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. • Strong decision making skills with minimal direction. REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, TRAINING Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree in a construction-related field is preferred; High School and/or Technical School is required.
