1. 01

   负责制定和优化方向盘电子系统的产品技术路线图，涵盖离手监测（HOD）、多功能开关、方向盘加热等核心电子模块。 Take charge of formulating and optimizing the product technology roadmap for steering wheel electronic systems, covering Hands-Off Detection (HOD), multi-function switches and steering wheel heating.

2. 02

   协调跨部门资源对公司现有电子模块进行成本分析，研究成本和质量优化方案，并组织实施。 Coordinate cross-departmental resources to conduct cost analysis on the company's existing electronic modules, research optimization schemes balancing cost and quality, and organize the implementation of these solutions.

3. 03

   牵头管理方向盘电子产品的核心研发项目，制定各阶段开发计划，跟进样件制作、台架测试、实车适配等关键节点，推动产品顺利通过DR3。 Take the lead in managing core R&D projects for steering wheel electronic products, formulate development plans for each phase, follow up on key milestones including prototype fabrication, bench testing and vehicle adaptation, and drive the products to successfully pass DR3.

   对接整车厂客户的电子需求，完成技术需求的拆解与转化，同步跟进客户反馈，快速迭代优化产品方案。 Act as the core technical interface for OEM customers' electronic

, conduct full decomposition and technical translation of customer demands, maintain real-time alignment on customer feedback, and drive agile iteration and optimization of product architectures.

   主导方向盘电子相关的技术预研工作，跟踪行业内HOD、方向盘传感等前沿技术的发展趋势，搭建核心技术专利池，沉淀可复用的电子设计模块与研发规范，提升团队整体研发效率。 Take the lead in technology pre-research work related to steering wheel electronics, track the development trends of cutting-edge technologies in the industry including HOD and steering wheel sensing, build a core technology patent pool, precipitate reusable electronic design modules and R&D specifications, and improve the overall R&D efficiency of the team.

   协同测试团队制定方向盘电子系统的专项测试方案，重点覆盖HOD系统在不同握姿、不同路况、不同温湿度环境下的性能验证，主导问题根因分析与闭环整改，确保产品满足车规级可靠性要求。 Collaborate with the testing team to develop dedicated test schemes for steering wheel electronic systems, with a key focus on performance validation of the HOD system under different hand-holding postures, diverse road conditions and varied temperature & humidity environments. Lead the root cause analysis of identified issues and closed-loop rectification, to ensure the products fully meet automotive-grade reliability requirements. 学历&经验Education & Experience：

   相关专业本科以上学历，电子信息或相关专业。 Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or other related. With a major in Electronics or related fields.

   三年及以上汽车电子产品开发或项目管理相关工作经验，完整参与过至少1款方向盘电子类产品从研发到量产全流程。优先考虑具备HOD离手监测系统开发经验的候选人。 Above 3 years in automotive electronics product development or project management, with proven full-lifecycle involvement in at least one steering wheel electronic product. Prior consideration will be given to candidates with development experience in Hands-Off Detection (HOD) systems. 技能Skills:
