R&D Engineer – Probiotics & Fermentation
岗位职责
Conduct molecular biology analysis of strains and products to support probiotic R&D.
Lead end-to-end probiotic development, including strain screening, seed bank establishment, fermentation & lyophilization process development, and efficacy assessment.
Manage lab- and pilot-scale fermentation trials, optimize production processes, and provide manufacturing solutions.
Participate in drafting internal standards for quality control, ingredients, products, and processes.
Support departmental projects and tasks as assigned.
任职要求
Master’s degree or above in microbiology, biotechnology, fermentation engineering, or food science. - Familiarity with probiotic performance assessment methods; capable of independent strain isolation, identification, and efficacy evaluation. - Knowledge of fermentation technologies, functional product development, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards. - CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; proficient in scientific research tools and office software. - Strong academic background with analytical thinking, fast learning ability, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
