Product Engineer
岗位职责
Develop formulations for functional foods, nutritional products, and solid beverages.
Conduct product development based on market and client needs, including dosage form innovation, excipient & sensory studies, process design, parameter optimization, and execution of lab-scale, pilot, and scale-up trials to ensure delivery of custom product solutions.
Research domestic and international product data to support formulation development.
Establish functional evaluation methods for ingredients or finished products; conduct efficacy testing via cell, animal, or human studies.
Lead lab-scale prototyping and support dosage form implementation.
Track scientific trends in nutrition to support both R&D and marketing efforts.
任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in microbiology, bioengineering, food science, bioinformatics, pharmaceutics, pharmacology, TCM (phytochemistry), botany, biochemistry, or molecular nutrition. - Background in probiotics or functional food is preferred. - Experience in developing various food dosage forms, with hands-on formulation, troubleshooting, and optimization capabilities. - CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; skilled in literature search, Excel, data tools, and PowerPoint. - Solid technical foundation with strong logic, quick learning ability, and good communication and collaboration skills.
