009JMD-Electromechanics/ Electrotechnology, Design Engineer

We are currently seeking Mechanical Engineers. This position will base in Xi’AN R&D center.

   As a designer, ensure to contribute technical solution/idea and make sure robustness design through simulations and tests, Apply RADAR or tolerance analysis.

   For MKT new product

, be able to transfer MKT requirement to product requirement or specification, and design totally or in part and verify the product’s mechanical part or assembly.

   For Quality issue, quickly locate root course and find alternative solutions in accordance with the whole project objectives: Marketing, industrial and quality, and assist execution of solution in plant.

   For project, ensure to provide the right quality level of technical deliverables at each project development phase, understand project management, provide basic support. Qualifications -External The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

   Be expected to take a pro-active approach to identify design risk and deliver high quality design and product.

   Good at Pro-E, preferred if familiar with digital simulation tools: static and dynamic analysis

   Good at Tolerance stack analysis

   Good command of both oral and written English

   Autonomy, ability to take initiative

    Very organized, rigorous, and good team spirit

    Good communication and project management skills Preferred academic qualifications and background - Bachelor or above degree majored in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering - prefer: More than 3 year Experience/Knowledge about switch/ contactor/ relay/ other power products, Solid working knowledge of product design, development and industrialization processes
