运营管理副主任-主任（精益管理方向）

Support CMFG in strategic planning, KPI setting and management, budget planning etc. Support CMFG in headcount, expense budget, M-Capex budget planning and management. Align operation among multiple sites, and coordinate alignment with global sites. Lead WBS and Lean conversion as N-2 WBSL and promote WBS culture. Coordinate and facilitate internal sharing of equipment, material and relevant knowledge. Be the liaison between manufacturing senior leadership and HRBP team, Finance BP team, Compliance, other OUs and GMFG internal operation teams. Other working tasks from Senior management team.

MS or higher degree with major on pharmaceutics or science or related science and engineering. At least 10-year experience on Operation management or manufacturing, quality. At least 5-year experience on managing cross-functional assignment or projects.
