Participate in projects as a quality representative from the early stages of product development to the final commercial production stage · It is a single point of contact for customers for joint decision-making, quality monitoring and resolution of quality disputes · Communicate with customers and negotiate quality agreements as a quality representative · Regularly hold quality meetings with customers to monitor project quality and discuss quality matters · Quality matter tracking, including but not limited to deviations, change control, production documents, and releases · Accompany clients during visits or inspections, provide clarifications, and prepare documents in a timely manner · Support project teams to run projects and resolve issues · Support other internal teams in making decisions from the customer's perspective · Build and maintain good relationships with customers · Maintain and promote continuous improvement of the quality system · Biology, pharmacy or related majors, bachelor's degree or above · Fluent in English · Certain communication and negotiation skills, teamwork skills · High engagement and high execution · Project management knowledge or experience is
