教育程度/经验Education background/ Experience: 本科及以上学历，生物学，药学，化学或其他相关专业；Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. 在生物技术或制药公司有质量控制、生产相关的合规管理经验；Experience in compliance management for quality control and manufacturing in biotech or pharmaceutical companies. 具备良好的GMP基础，对合规的原则有深入理解；熟悉NMPA，FDA，EU等GMP法规及指南；Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) fundamentals. In-depth knowledge of compliance principles. Familiarity with GMP regulations and guidelines (e.g., NMPA, FDA, EU). 英文可作为书面和口头交流工作语言; Proficient in English for both written and oral workplace communication; 有海外留学经验者，可适当放宽工作经验要求。Candidates with overseas study experience may be given more flexibility in the work-experience
