Global Communication Manager

Job functions include, but are not limited to:

1. 01

   Develop and execute integrated digital communication strategies that strengthen corporate, commercial, and employer branding

2. 02

   Manage and continuously optimize the company’s digital communication system, including social media (RedNote, WeChat, LinkedIn, etc.), themed newsletters, the global intranet, and other emerging digital platforms

3. 03

   Lead the creation of high-impact multimedia content, including infographics, videos, motion graphics & animations, and other interactive formats, in alignment with communication and branding objectives

4. 04

   Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to enhance multimedia content creation, data analytics, and digital campaign performance

5. 05

   Track and analyze communication campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns for greater effectiveness and efficiency

6. 06

   Support corporate announcements and reputation management initiatives

7. 07

   Support issue and crisis management by developing timely response plans, drafting bilingual statements, monitoring stakeholder sentiment, and adjusting communication approaches as situations evolve Constantly identify, evaluate, prioritize, and optimize PR opportunities that support corporate branding and business objectives

ž Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or Life Science and Engineering-related field; overseas study or work experience is a plus ž Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to independently produce high-quality bilingual content ž Deep understanding of social media platforms and promotion strategies ž Hands-on experience using AI tools or other emerging technologies for communication, content creation, or digital promotion initiatives ž Experience using digital analytics tools and social media measurement tools to evaluate channel and campaign performance ž Demonstrated project management skills with accountability for timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and quality of deliverables ž Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ž Professional maturity and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels, functions, geographics, and cultural backgrounds
