Senior Legal Counsel - Investment

Ø Cross-Border M&A and Investments Ÿ Lead or support legal workstreams for cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and strategic partnerships. Ÿ advise business teams at the early stages of potential projects on transaction structures, regulatory considerations and legal implications. Ÿ Manage legal due diligence processes, identify key legal risks, and provide practical risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Ÿ Draft, review, negotiate, and execute transaction documents. Ÿ Coordinate with external counsel in various jurisdictions and manage legal budgets and deliverables. Ø General Corporate Support Ÿ Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements. Ÿ Provide day-to-day legal support to business stakeholders on contractual, corporate, compliance, and operational matters. Education, skills and qualities Ÿ LL.B. degree or above from a reputable law school; overseas education experience is

. Ÿ 4-8 years of post-qualification legal experience. Ÿ Proven experience in cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and/or other complex corporate transactions. Ÿ Prior experience at a law firm is required; in-house legal experience is a plus. Ÿ Fluent in English, with excellent drafting and communication skills. Ÿ Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ÿ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
