Innovation in Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding · Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles through market mapping, talent communities, and proactive engagement. · Drive employer branding initiatives by representing WuXi Biologics at industry events, university collaborations, and digital campaigns (social media, targeted outreach). · Continuously explore and optimize recruitment channels (e.g., RPOs, direct sourcing, referrals) to balance cost efficiency and quality hires. Process Optimization& Analytics · Refine recruitment workflows (sourcing, assessments, feedback loops) to enhance speed, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. · Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity ratios) to stakeholders, using insights to improve strategies. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology-related fields Above 5 years related HR/Recruiting working experience, with expertise in building recruiting infrastructure Prior experience in R&D recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable Experienced in using innovation recruitment tools like AI Proficient in utilizing talent assessment tools and systems Fluent English Good execution and strong ownership Good team player with leadership skill Strong data analytics, reporting and presentation skill Can work under pressure and in a mixed culture, dynamic and fast-faced environment
