Communicate with customers and negotiate quality agreements as a quality representative Regularly hold quality meetings with customers to monitor project quality and discuss quality matters Quality matter tracking, including but not limited to deviations, change control, production documents, and releases Accompany clients during visits or inspections, provide clarifications, and prepare documents in a timely manner Support project teams to run projects and resolve issues Support other internal teams in making decisions from the customer's perspective Build and maintain good relationships with customers Maintain and promote continuous improvement of the quality system

Biology, pharmacy or related majors, bachelor's degree or above At least 2 years of quality management experience Fluent in English Certain communication and negotiation skills, teamwork skills High engagement and high execution
