Role purpose As part of a growing Product Safety team in China, to be responsible for providing critical insights of portfolio local registration activities to form a holistic, consolidated view on Product Safety technical inputs in all forms while supporting business in China with other local functions. To be responsible for providing transparency across China regional projects to enable prioritization discussions, strategic allocation of resources to maximize outputs and delivery to local business partners. This will require working with the global and local Product Safety organisation as well as local regulatory, product development and commercial teams to deliver projects to time and quality based on the understanding of detailed project

Critical success factors & key challenges关键因素 • Broad understanding of the science and technology underpinning the regulatory paradigm and risk assessment framework associated with crop protection products to interact with internal and external stakeholders • Understand and communicate with the project team requirements and the technical inputs delivered by PS experts. • Effectively work with local and global internal stakeholders (Regulatory & Stewardship, R&D, Product Technology & Engineering, etc.) and external partners (regulatory authorities, scientific institutes, etc.) • 对植保产品相关的法律法规有广泛的了解，同时熟悉植保产品相关的风险评估框架，以便与内部和外部利益相关者沟通 • 了解项目团队的要求，并能对产品安全专家提供的技术输入进行有效地沟通 • 与本地和全球内部利益相关者（法规、研发、制剂研发及工艺等）及外部合作伙伴（监管部门、科研机构等）有效合作 Critical knowledge and experience关键知识和经验 • Technically trained to a high level in a scientific discipline relevant to toxicology and human safety through a combination of education and work experience • Broad understanding in science and techno-regulatory positions, knowledge and professional experience in facing human safety challenges • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in various backgrounds.
