You will deliver on personal sales goals while leading the floor to achieve team targets, ensuring individual and collective accountability. With a focused, entrepreneurial attitude, you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive both our position in the market and business results. This role requires strong leadership skills in order to develop, coach and support our team of client advisors to their highest potential. To achieve the highest success in this role, you must have experience in driving multiple categories in a luxury environment and be proficient in building genuine relationships with both clients and team members.
