Influencer & Community Analyst – Brazil (VMake Labs)

Why We Need You: VMake Labs (https://vmake.ai/) is Meitu’s AI-powered video creation playground — where the next generation of Brazilian creators will cut, remix, and light up their content. We’re searching for our boots-on-the-ground connector in Brazil. Someone who knows the creator scene inside out, can turn a casual DM into a lasting partnership, and isn’t afraid to spin up a real-life workshop or a viral challenge. You’ll be the heartbeat of our Brazilian community: building a diverse network of influencers, shaping how our products land locally, and making sure VMake Labs feels native — not foreign — to every creator who picks it up. What You’ll Do: · Build and manage a rich, multi-tier creator network across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Kwai — from micro KOCs to macro influencers — by scouting, negotiating, onboarding, and nurturing long-term relationships;

• Design and run local creator activations (workshops, UGC challenges, brand collabs), and lock in partnerships with MCNs, brands, and even institutions like SEBRAE or SENAC to tap into Brazil’s MEI/ME communities;

• Turn Brazil’s cultural pulse — K-pop fandoms, meme waves, local holidays — into creator briefs and content themes, working hand-in-hand with our product and ops teams to translate in-app strategies into real creator campaigns;

• Track and analyze every campaign’s impact, then iterate fast — sharing what’s working, what’s flopping, and where we should double down;

• Keep your finger on the competition’s pulse: surface shifts in creator ecosystems, platform policies, and user frustrations so our product team can build what Brazilian users actually need.

• You’re based in Brazil, Portuguese is your mother tongue, and you can comfortably switch to English when syncing with our global team;

• You live and breathe Brazil’s creator economy — you know how influencer marketing works here, you’ve managed creator rosters or collaborated closely with MCNs, and you can tell a nano-creator from a macro at a glance;

• You have hands-on experience planning events, running communities, or activating online challenges — you’re as comfortable IRL as you are in a group chat;

• You’re a social-media native who understands what makes content pop on TikTok, Insta, YouTube, and Kwai in Brazil right now, and you’re always watching for the next wave;

• You take ownership end-to-end: from that first outreach message to a full-blown event, you handle the details and the big picture without needing someone to hold your hand. • Understand Brazil’s e-commerce landscape or TikTok Shop’s creator-driven selling model — because if a creator can monetize with us, we want to know how;

• Already know how institutions like SEBRAE or SENAC support small entrepreneurs and creators in Brazil, and you have ideas for how we could plug into that ecosystem;
