Why We Need You: VMake Labs (https://vmake.ai/) is expanding into Brazil, and we need someone who doesn’t just understand the market — you are the market. You’ll be our cultural translator, trend spotter, and in-app content brain, making sure every template, effect, and strategy feels like it was built from the ground up for Brazilian creators and small businesses. If you geek out over AI-powered imaging and love turning local internet chaos into product magic, let’s talk. What You’ll Do: · Be the bridge between Brazilian culture and our product — dive deep into TikTok, Instagram, Kwai, and YouTube trends, decode the latest memes and K-pop waves, and translate hard-won insights about SMBs (especially MEI/ME) into actionable product ops moves;

• Own the in-app content experience for Brazil — map out template themes, effects, and content vibes that hit just right (think local holidays, viral sounds, brainrot aesthetics), then dig into user behavior data to tweak recommendations, resource placements, and conversion flows until they click;

• Shape how we show up locally — set the visual and copy direction for landing pages, social content, and ad assets, brief designers on the colors and styles that Brazilian users love, and help craft our Portuguese SEO keyword playbook;

• Rally the cross-functional squad — work hand-in-hand with product, design, and engineering to ship Brazil-specific features and templates, and sync with our local creator ops team so in-app and off-app efforts dance to the same samba beat.

• Brazilian by passport and Portuguese by tongue, with working proficiency in English or Chinese — you switch languages as naturally as you scroll through feeds;

• You know the Brazilian SMB ecosystem inside out — MEI, ME, EPP mean something to you, and you’re clued into the support policies and institutions that matter to micro and small businesses;

• Social media isn’t a job requirement for you; it’s your habitat — you can smell a trending format on TikTok or Kwai before it peaks and instinctively understand why it lands;

• You’ve already clocked meaningful experience in product operations, content operations, or market research — and you’ve got the stories to prove it. Even Better If You... · Have cut your teeth on internet or AI-driven product operations, so you can hit the ground running without lengthy ramp-up;

• Know Brazil’s e‑commerce landscape — Shopee Brazil, TikTok Shop, Mercado Livre — and what makes a small business thrive there;

• Can name-drop SEBRAE, SENAC, and other SMB support networks from memory and understand how they shape the entrepreneur journey;
