Key Responsibilities Develop and calibrate electronic control systems by translating product and customer

into hardware and software solutions. Conduct system simulation, integration, verification, validation, and testing activities to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality. Analyze and resolve electronic system and product application issues through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to support product development and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, and engineering records while supporting process and tool improvements. 主要工作职责 根据产品及客户需求开发和标定电子控制系统，将需求转化为硬件和软件解决方案。 开展系统仿真、集成、验证确认及测试工作，确保产品性能、可靠性和质量满足要求。 通过故障诊断、根因分析及数据驱动的方法解决电子系统和产品应用问题。 与跨职能团队、供应商及客户紧密合作，支持产品全生命周期开发及持续改进。 编制技术文档、验证报告及工程资料，并持续优化开发流程和工程工具。 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related STEM disciplines. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields are preferred. Knowledge of electronic control systems, embedded systems, mechatronics, system integration, calibration, verification, and validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and develop effective solutions. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning and technology development. Internship, project, research, or competition experience related to electronics, controls, software, or product development is preferred. 岗位素质要求 工程类或相关 STEM 专业本科及以上学历。 机械工程、车辆工程、能源与动力工程、自动化、控制工程、电气工程、电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、机电一体化、机器人工程等相关专业优先。 具备电子控制系统、嵌入式系统、机电一体化、系统集成、标定、验证确认等相关知识。 具备较强的数据分析、问题解决及技术创新能力。 良好的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，能够适应全球化工作环境。 积极主动，以结果为导向，具有持续学习和技术探索精神。 具有电子、控制、软件开发或产品研发相关实习、科研项目、学科竞赛经历者优先。
