Conduct in-depth analysis and resolution of product software issues, identify root causes, lead issue closure, and thoroughly document solutions and processes. Collaborate closely with product and software development teams to gather inputs and deliver verified software features, components, and releases. Leverage system knowledge to make decisions regarding software requirements, architecture, design, and testing, ensuring the quality and performance of software builds and product platforms. Independently resolve issues with components, products, or systems of moderate complexity, and progressively take on tasks of greater technical complexity and challenge as experience is gained. Apply and support continuous improvement of product software development processes and tools, covering coding, compilation, testing, and related tools such as code editors, integrated development tools, static analysis tools, compilers, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing tools. At a junior or early stage of career. Prior experience through internships, co-op programs, or other extracurricular team activities in a relevant technical field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
