Key Responsibilities Under the guidance of senior team members, responsible for investigating product issues, analyzing root causes, and developing and documenting effective solutions. Execute key business processes, including Leading Product Technology (PPT), Value Package Introduction (VPI), and Current Product Support (CPS); also responsible for technical processes such as Engineering Standard Work (ESW), iDFMEA, and Failure Incident Review Group (FIRG). Apply professional tools such as the 7-Step Problem Solving methodology and design review checklists to support relevant processes and drive high-quality decision-making. Communicate with stakeholders including technical managers, project leads, other product and manufacturing engineers, and supplier partners to gather information and provide recommendations that inform product decisions. Leverage professional knowledge and experience to make decisions regarding project details, analytical testing work, and cross-disciplinary coordination, while ensuring project quality, to advance project progress. As experience grows, capable of independently developing solutions for components, products, systems, or services of increasing complexity. Independently execute established workflows and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. Master's degree or above, with graduation within the past two years, majoring in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation, Automation, Control Science and Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related fields. CET-6 or above, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of using English as a daily working language. Proficient in 3D modeling of mechanical structures and engineering drawing, with structural simulation and analysis capabilities.
