2027 Early Career - Service Engineer 服务工程师

Job Responsibilities Identify and address routine service issues, initiate problem resolution processes, document relevant costs and customer impact information, and provide a basis for prioritizing corrective actions. Collaborate with field service, warranty, and engineering teams to support failure analysis efforts, accurately communicating and defining technical issues. Work closely with dealers, distributors, and customers to support the investigation of escalated product issues, discuss solutions, and deliver relevant technical training based on the complexity, persistence, and criticality of the issues. Support product development and problem resolution teams in the installation of field test engines or components and be responsible for monitoring and reporting reliability data. Participate in design reviews to ensure the serviceability of new components and products, and continuously track the market performance of new products. Responsible for the initial preparation and subsequent revision of service literature and documentation. Bachelor's degree or above, with graduation within the past two years. Major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation, or related fields. CET-4 or above in English, with good English reading and writing abilities. Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
