Job Responsibilities Responsible for the design, development, and commissioning of electrical control systems for generator sets, ensuring the reliability and stability of system operation. Participate in the development and optimization of control strategies for battery energy storage systems, supporting the technical implementation and performance enhancement of energy storage projects. Responsible for the development, programming, and commissioning of PLC control programs, completing the implementation and on-site delivery of automation control solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical system solution design, technical reviews, and problem resolution, driving projects forward on schedule. Master's degree or above, graduating in 2027, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Control Science and Engineering, or related fields. Solid foundational knowledge in electrical control, power electronics, and related disciplines. CET-6 or above in English, with good English reading and writing abilities, capable of reading and understanding English technical materials. Familiar with PLC programming and electrical control system design; candidates with relevant project experience or internship experience are preferred.
