Job Responsibilities Participate in the full-cycle development of generator set and hybrid power system projects, including electrical concept definition, system design, control development, simulation, testing, integration, validation, and release. Support the development and validation of hybrid generator sets and diesel-BESS hybrid power solutions, including system architecture, energy management strategies, power electronics matching, joint commissioning, and DVP execution. Translate stakeholder and product

into clear, verifiable electrical, control software, and system-level technical requirements. Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, interface definitions, and related engineering specifications using CAD tools. Develop system models and perform simulation analysis for electric machines, power electronics, generator sets, and hybrid power systems using MATLAB/Simulink. Develop, debug, and validate PLC control logic to support system functionality, performance, and reliability requirements. Develop Python scripts for test data processing, visualization, and automated analysis to improve engineering efficiency and support technical decision-making. Participate in innovative technology and pre-research projects, including system modeling, algorithm simulation, prototype development, and proof-of-concept validation. Conduct bench testing, system integration, commissioning, and product verification and validation to ensure that system performance meets defined requirements. Investigate software, electrical, control, and system integration issues; identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support issue closure. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including on-site troubleshooting, fault analysis, commissioning, and resolution of customer field issues. Collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, controls, testing, product, manufacturing, and supplier teams to support project execution and product delivery. Prepare and maintain development specifications, test procedures, simulation reports, validation reports, root-cause analysis reports, and other technical documentation. Solid foundation in electrical systems, automatic control, power electronics, electric machines, embedded systems, or energy conversion systems. Basic understanding of generator sets, hybrid power systems, battery energy storage systems, energy management, or distributed power systems is preferred. Proficiency in at least one programming or control development language, such as C/C++, Python, PLC programming languages, or MATLAB scripting. Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling, control algorithm simulation, or performance analysis. Familiarity with electrical CAD tools and the ability to understand or create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Understanding of software or control system development processes, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and release. Knowledge of PLC control, industrial communication protocols, CAN communication, power electronics, or hardware-software integration is preferred. Experience with bench testing, system commissioning, Hardware-in-the-Loop testing, automated testing, or product verification and validation is preferred. Relevant experience gained through internships, academic research, laboratory projects, student competitions, or extracurricular engineering projects is preferred. Strong analytical thinking, systems thinking, learning agility, and structured problem-solving skills. Strong initiative and eagerness to learn, with an interest in generator sets, hybrid power systems, energy storage, and intelligent control technologies. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Willingness to participate in on-site testing, system commissioning, and business travel when required by project activities.
