We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Enablement Specialist to join Antom Middle Office. This individual will support business development by preparing go-to-market materials, providing recommendations to improve Antom's product capabilities, enhancing sales operations, training the BD team, and providing other BD support. The successful candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, sales operations, and GTM execution, as well as excellent communication skills. He/she should maintain a thorough understanding of the payment industry, Antom's product solutions, and operational processes Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with BD, Product, Tech, Marketing, and other stakeholders to create clear, accurate GTM materials with compelling storylines that drive business wins ● Ensure the competency of selected Antom products by conducting competitor research, collecting inputs from BD, collaborating with Product & Tech, and assisting in product roadmap execution ● Streamline end-to-end sales processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, enabling Antom to scale globally ● Provide training in product, business development, and operations for BD and other stakeholders ● Contribute to other Business Enablement initiatives by analyzing market, product, and business insights, and driving the execution of relevant projects

• At least 5 years of experience in the payment industry, with roles in strategy development, product development (PD), business development (BD), and/or operations ● Proficient in market competitiveness analysis and data analysis ● Self-driven, with strong stakeholder management skills ● Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese
