What you’ll do:

   Understand the organization strategies, regional business directions, plan out and implement corresponding recruitment strategies.

2. 02

   Conduct recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance, responsible for both recruitment result and recruitment process.

3. 03

   Leverage agencies, internal sourcers and other recruitment channels to market map and engage talents globally, ensure long-term sustainable and efficient recruitment channel allocation.

4. 04

   Serve as a thought partner to the business and HRBP teams throughout the entire recruitment process, use data analysis to optimize recruitment decisions, improve operation excellence and unblock challenges.

5. 05

   Partner with various cross-functional teams to provide information and market awareness, and drive various recruitment initiatives and events.

Qualifications

1. 01

   At least 5 years working recruitment experience, preferably with experience in internet/ high tech sectors.

2. 02

   Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels

3. 03

   Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances

4. 04

   Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment

5. 05

   Familiarity with Excel, and the ability to use data to influence decisions

   Ability to speak Mandarin is not a must, but a bonus due to ability to work with stakeholders in China
