• Foundry PDK Team Support · Support foundry PDK teams in development, validation, and

of DRC / LVS / FILL rule decks on Pegasus. · Assist foundries in migrating and certifying legacy rule decks onto Pegasus platform. · Support advanced‑node DRC requirements including multi‑patterning, coloring, spacing, enclosure, antenna, density, and reliability rules. · Collaborate with foundry teams on rule performance, scalability, and signoff correctness for large‑scale designs. · Support rule debug and issue triage related to false violations, runset configuration, and SVRF/Pegasus syntax translation. · Enable Pegasus‑ready PDK releases aligned with foundry signoff and customer tapeout requirements. Key Responsibilities – Foundry Design Service Team Support · Develop and maintain physical verification reference flows for foundry design service teams based on Pegasus. · Support integration of DRC / LVS / FILL signoff into full‑chip and hierarchical implementation flows. · Provide best‑practice guidance on rule execution strategies, runtime optimization, and distributed verification. · Support design service teams in resolving DRC/LVS closure bottlenecks impacting tapeout schedules. · Enable reusable, standardized signoff flows across multiple customer and design service projects. · Provide root‑cause analysis for complex physical verification issues at advanced nodes. Technical Expertise · IC physical verification and signoff methodology. · DRC, LVS, FILL, antenna, density, and reliability checks. · Advanced‑node rule complexity and manufacturability requirements. · Pegasus massively parallel and distributed verification architecture. · Rule debugging and automation using Tcl, Perl, and Python. · UNIX/Linux‑based EDA signoff environments. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
