Sr. Software Engineer，C#/Golang

The Tesla IT Applications Sales & Delivery Team builds applications that support Tesla’s rapid growth and deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience across sales operations. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will: Set technical direction for critical systems, drive end-to-end design and delivery, and keep production healthy through strong engineering and observability practices. You will also provide line/dotted-line technical leadership for an engineering group—guiding design, quality, and execution—while remaining Responsibilities： Own technical direction for 2C and 2B services that support sales operations in China and APAC markets. Provide line / dotted-line leadership to a team of engineers (typically 4+): unblock delivery, raise engineering standards, and mentor on design and implementation. Architect and deliver AI Agents that improve productivity for Sales & Delivery employees. Lead system integrations and technology upgrades across services and platforms. Establish and uphold observability best practices, including metrics, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting. Drive performance monitoring and continuous optimization based on production signals. Define and maintain technical documentation for workflows, standards, and best practices.

Mandatory Qualifications： 7+ years of application development experience. 3+ years of technical leadership experience guiding a team of at least 4 (people management experience is a plus, not required). Fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, or a strong willingness to ramp up on them. Strong hands-on experience building custom LLM agents, especially ReAct-style (Reason + Act) agents with dynamic tool loading and runtime prompt construction. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Enterprise + Jenkins). Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong Linux knowledge. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP and application-layer protocols). Preferred Qualifications Experience with high-concurrency workloads and large-scale data processing. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and cryptography. Proficiency with databases and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and OpenSearch. Hands-on experience with observability and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana, Splunk). Proven ability to respond quickly to production incidents and perform effective troubleshooting.
