Order Management Engineer (Amercia) - CATU

Demand Management: Collect, analyze, assess, and make necessary correctives to customer demands. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and alignment.

Order Execution: Receive, review, and confirm customer orders; issue internal execution instructions.

Delivery Plan: Organize evaluation and confirmation of delivery plans; monitor and ensure plan inplementation.

Production and Sales Management: Balance demand and supply to identify optimal solutions.

Account Management: Execute reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collection in accordance with contracts.

Process and System Development: Identify and streamline business process rules. Develop and implement enhancement plans to ensure compliance and process integrity. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require. Over 5 years of working experience in the automotive or battery energy storgy system(BESS) or battery industry, familiar with business practices and systemic processes of American customers. Demonstrated team management and coordination skills, and controlling execution risk .

Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluent in English as a working languags. Majors in International Trade, Finance, Accounting preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

Skilled in project management, coordination, and communication; self-driven and innovative.

Strong logical thinking and execution capabilities.
