Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, major in electrochemistry, materials, mechanical automation, etc. 6-8 years of relevant working experience is preferred 4 or more years of experience in battery equipment design or battery back-end process improvement is preferred Master the basic principles of product and process design Familiar with the basic knowledge of electrochemistry Master the basic operation of Microsoft Office software, Minitab, JMP and other data analysis software Master engineering methods such as 6sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D Clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination ability and management ability Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
