Business Development Manager PCC Esslingen (m/w/d)

Act as strategic partner to the Business Line Leadership Team, supporting business strategy and growth initiatives Analyze customer requirements, market trends and competitive developments to identify business opportunities and drive decision-making Drive the translation of strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across the organization Support the continuous development and optimization of target operating models across different business areas Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate key stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Order Management and Field organizations Establish and monitor business performance indicators and derive actions to improve operational and commercial results

The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, drives results with confidence and meets the following key requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field Experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, project management or a comparable leadership support role Experience in the elevator industry, industrial products or a comparable technical environment Experience in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex cross-functional projects Structured working style with a hands-on, pragmatic approach and strong execution capabilities Fluent in English and German Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
