Repair Sales Advisor - Nottingham

We are looking for a passionate Repair Sales Advisor to join our team based in Nottingham. As a Sales Advisor, your day to day will include: Account management and delivering optimal customer service Pricing preparation of estimates and quotations for repairs Dealing with customer price enquiries and requests for repairs Liaison with Repairs Supervisor to ascertain realistic lead times to complete repairs Administration - entering orders in the customer management system, order tracking, responding to customers by email and telephone Achieving monthly sales targets for repairs Managing sales activity, pipeline building and forecasting Working closely with the Operations team to ensure efficient fulfilment of orders and repairs Attention to detail in order to fully understand requirements and recommendations on insurance, dilapidation and service reports
