Job Responsibilities Support engine test preparation activities, including installation and removal of engines, aftertreatment systems, exhaust systems, instrumentation, and test equipment. Perform engine docking and undocking operations according to established procedures and maintain a safe, organized, and clean test cell environment. Conduct daily inspection and routine checks of test cells and related equipment to ensure operational readiness. Configure and operate PUMA test systems according to approved test plans and procedures. Execute engine performance, durability, emissions, and validation tests in accordance with test

. Monitor and verify test data quality during testing to ensure accurate and reliable results. Support component replacement, engine maintenance, system troubleshooting, and repair activities during testing. Assist in identifying engine or test system issues using test data and support root-cause analysis activities. Support maintenance and troubleshooting of test equipment and instrumentation to minimize downtime. Record, organize, and report test data and observations accurately and timely. Follow safety procedures, laboratory standards, and quality requirements throughout all testing activities. 岗位职责 负责发动机试验前准备工作，包括发动机、后处理系统、排气系统、测试仪器及相关设备的安装与拆卸。 按照标准流程完成发动机上下台架工作，并保持试验区域安全、整洁、有序。 负责试验台架及相关设备的日常点检，确保设备处于良好的运行状态。 根据试验大纲要求完成PUMA试验系统参数配置及测试操作。 按照测试要求执行发动机性能、耐久、排放及验证试验任务。 监控试验过程中的实时数据，确保测试数据准确有效。 负责试验过程中的零部件更换、发动机保养、设备维护及故障排除工作。 根据测试数据协助识别发动机或测试系统相关问题，并支持故障分析。 协助试验设备及测试仪器的维护保养和异常处理，保证测试工作的顺利开展。 准确记录、整理并反馈试验数据和测试结果。 严格遵守实验室安全规范、质量要求及测试流程。 Qualifications Junior college degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering, Internal Combustion Engine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Energy and Power Engineering, or related disciplines. Basic knowledge of internal combustion engines, engine systems, mechanical equipment, or automotive technologies. Understanding of engine testing processes, instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems is preferred. Familiarity with engine test bench operation or laboratory environments is preferred. Ability to read and follow engineering procedures, test plans, and technical instructions. Capable of performing hands-on mechanical work, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills. Good teamwork, communication, and learning abilities. Basic English reading and communication skills.
