Job Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management: Participate in technical tasks across all stages of the product lifecycle, including Pre-Product Technology (PPT), Value Package Introduction (VPI), or Current Product Support (CPS), ensuring projects advance to high-quality standards. Issue Analysis & Resolution: Lead problem resolution for products/components of moderate complexity, applying tools such as the 7-Step Problem Solving methodology and iDFMEA to analyze root causes, develop solutions and drive them to closure, while completing technical documentation. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a core coordination point, liaising with product line engineers, systems engineers, procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to integrate multi-party

in support of high-quality product decisions. Technical Process Execution: Execute processes such as Engineering Standard Work (ESW), design reviews, and Failure Incident Review Group (FIRG), utilizing tools such as design review checklists to ensure decision quality. Supplier & Test Management: Lead supplier meetings to ensure hardware delivery meets project requirements, and plan and execute design verification testing for fuel system components (such as high-pressure fuel injectors, fuel pumps, etc.). Product Launch Support: Responsible for design reviews of fuel system components across design (D), pre-production (L), and mass production (P) phases, ensuring a smooth transition to Start of Production (SOP). 岗位职责 产品全生命周期管理：参与产品生命周期各阶段的技术任务，包括前期技术（PPT）、价值包导入（VPI）或现有产品支持（CPS），确保项目按高质量标准推进。 问题分析与解决：主导中等复杂度产品/组件的问题解决，运用7步法、iDFMEA等工具分析根本原因，制定解决方案并推动闭环，同时完成技术文档归档。 跨部门协同：作为核心协调点，联动产品线工程师、系统工程师、采购、供应商及制造团队，整合多方需求以支持高质量产品决策。 技术流程执行：执行工程标准工作（ESW）、设计评审、失效事件评审（FIRG）等流程，使用设计评审清单等工具保障决策质量。 供应商与测试管理：主导供应商会议确保硬件交付符合项目要求，策划并执行燃油系统组件（如高压喷油器、燃油泵等）的设计验证测试。 产品发布支持：负责燃油系统组件从设计（D）、试生产（L）到量产（P）阶段的设计评审，确保顺利实现量产启动（SOP）。 Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related STEM field. Familiar with diesel engine fuel system integration (high-horsepower engine direction), with knowledge of high-pressure/low-pressure fuel system components (fuel injectors, fuel pumps, filters, fluid delivery systems, etc.). Proficient in statistical analysis methods (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, DOE, etc.), mechanical system design, and simulation tools. Knowledge of open/closed-loop control systems, product configuration change management, and systems requirements engineering. Proficient in MS Office tools, with the ability to prepare technical documentation.
