国际化市场商务

推进项目日常执行工作，包括交付物、时间节点、审批流程及各项依赖事项；

对接协调内部各团队（美术、本地化、法务、财务、项目团队等），确保合作方相关承诺按期落地；

管理联动合作项目的素材与审批流程；

支持合作全流程：合作方调研、提案资料制作、合同对接及签约后的项目执行；

跟进维护现有合作方，为新机会撰写商业方案并进行市场分析；

独立负责小型项目，以及大型多阶段项目中的特定环节；

参与合作方会议及行业活动，并负责相关会议资料的准备。 -Drive day-to-day execution of projects’ deliverables, timelines, approvals, and dependencies -Coordinate internal teams (art, localization, legal, finance, project teams) to keep partner commitments on schedule -Manage asset and approval workflows for collaboration projects -Support deal lifecycle: partner research, pitch materials, contract coordination, and post-signature execution -Conduct follow-ups with existing partners, build business cases and market analysis for new opportunities -Own smaller projects and specific parts of larger multi-phase projects -Attend and prepare briefing materials for partner meetings and industry events

本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、商务英语、游戏设计等相关专业优先；

具备优秀的项目管理与执行能力，条理清晰、注重细节，能够同时推进多项工作并把控各项节点；

积极主动，有责任心，具备良好的团队协作精神；

中文母语水平；英语可达到工作水平（CET-6/专八/雅思等），口语优秀加分；

逻辑清晰，具备基础数据分析能力及文档撰写能力（Word/Excel/PowerPoint等）；

具备较强的商业敏感度与沟通能力；

对游戏行业有热情，尤其熟悉ACG（二次元）领域，了解主流游戏类型及海外市场；

抗压能力强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；

有游戏公司实习、海外留学或跨文化项目经验者优先；

掌握其他语言者加分；

熟悉海外社交平台（Discord、X、TikTok等）或游戏平台（App Store、PlayStation、Switch、Steam、Epic等）者加分。 -Bachelor's degree or above; Marketing, International Trade, Business English, Game Design, or related degree is preferred -Strong project management and execution discipline - organized, detail-oriented, and able to run multiple deadlines without dropping details -Self-motivated, well-organized, and a team player -Native level Chinese; professional working English (CET-6 / TEM-8 / IELTS or equivalent), strong spoken English a plus -Clear logical thinking with basic data analysis and document skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) -Strong business acumen and communication skills -Passionate about gaming, especially ACG; familiar with mainstream genres and overseas markets -Resilient under pressure and adaptable to a fast-paced environment -Games company internship, study abroad, or cross-cultural project experience is a plus -Additional languages are a plus -Familiarity with overseas social platforms (Discord, X, TikTok) or game platforms (App Store, PlayStation, Switch, Steam, Epic) is a plus
