Business Operation Intern

Port Operations: Master Data Governance: Maintain and update the master sheet (including SAP data, DMS resource allocation, Payment status etc.), ensuring information accuracy. Operational Reporting: Produce daily executive dashboards synthesizing vessel operation plan, CAL progress metrics, inventory turnover analysis, and real-time logistics KPIs with trend visualization. Supply Chain Coordination and relevant Reports: Compile Wholesale Availability Reports (vessel schedule validation against inventory buffers) through cross-functional collaboration with finance and planning teams. Confirm the shipping schedule availability for next month and output the Wholesale Availability for reference. Conduct alignment checking between monthly port arrivals and forecasts. Performance Analytics：Execute monthly LLP KPI benchmarking, port processing lead time analysis, and other operational efficiency reviews with actionable improvements. Payment Operations: Billing checking to ensure data accuracy and compliant, Perpare and verify payment documents & Execute Payment application procedure. Procurement Operations: Safety vest storage check and order arrangement in time.

Bachelor’s degree or above . Proven aptitude for attention to detail, reliability, patience, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Strong communication abilities are highly valued. Availability to commit to 4-5 working days per week. Major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
