Supply Chain Operation Intern

• Manage parts planning, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure supply availability and target service levels.
• Monitor inventory, supplier performance, shipments, and supply risks, driving issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Support order allocation and shortage management for constrained and critical parts.
• Optimize inventory, safety stock, and supply chain performance while balancing cost and service objectives.
• Deliver data analysis, reporting, and insights to support planning and operational decision-making.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates majoring in logistics, supply chain management or related fields.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Preference for long-term internship, at least 3 months; 6 months or more preferred.
• 3–4 days per week or more; 5 days per week is particularly desirable.
