EMC Lead Engineer/EMC主管工程师

The Electrification system EMC engineer will be responsible for leading the EMC design, prepare the test plan, and validation of the EMC performance in the Electrification systems. This will involve supporting of the prognosis of battery, OBC/DCDC, inverter, electric motor, and other subcomponents. The successful candidate will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Electrification system meets JLR EMC standards.

Key Responsibilities  

·       Cascade JLR

to component supplier and support the requirement review with supplier.

·       Perform correlation analysis between vehicle level and Battery/OBC/DCDC/EDU system level test results.

·       Perform Battery/OBC/DCDC/EDU system level EMC test result analysis.

·       Battery/OBC/DCDC/EDU system EMC problem trouble shooting and countermeasure design.

·       Plan Battery/OBC/DCDC/EDU system EMC tests to validate the EMC performance according to project milestones.

·       Supplier onsite visit and confirm the facility and test setups are meeting JLR requirement

Skills, experience and qualifications

Essential:  

·       A degree in Electrical Engineering

·       Good knowledge in electromagnetic compatibility both from theoretical and practical perspectives.

·       Good relevant experience in the battery, charging and electric drive system

·       Experience in working with EMC tests on both high voltage and low voltage components

·       Strong understanding of the EMI noise generation, filter, magnetic component, transmission line theory

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Strong verbal and written English communication skills

·       Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills

Desired:

·       Master's or PhD level of education with relevant industrial research

·       Experience in applying Systems Engineering and solving complex technical issues using a structured approach

·       Experience in IBM Rational DOORS

·       Experience with simulation software for system modelling, such as ANSYS, Matlab/Simulink,

·       Knowledge of LIN and CAN communication

·       Understanding of software (inverter, OBC/DCDC, BMS and etc…)
