Experience | Skills - Required: • 5+ years working experience in automotive Navigation application • 10+ years working experience in android software development domain • Good at Java, Kotlin, C++ or other programming language development • Good at Android inter-process communication (IPC) and AIDL protocol development. • Good at Android's MVVM/MVI architecture patterns and common Jetpack components. • Good at one or more navigation business modules, including search, route calculation, guidance, TTS (Text-to-Speech), base map, account management, etc. • Familiar with Multithreaded Programming, Thread pool and Coroutine. • Familiar with Map SD/HD/HQ/LD data specifications, and common coordinate systems used in navigation. • Familiar with Android performance optimization, with practical experience in CPU and memory optimization. • Familiarize with the analysis process for Android UI lagging and ANR issues. • Familiar with Android Framework internals, specifically AMS, WMS, Binder, and SurfaceFlinger. • Familiarity with in-vehicle communication protocols such as SOME/IP and CAN bus. • Familiarize with Smart Cockpit solutions, specifically the Hypervisor + QNX + Android architecture. • Familiar with autonomous driving HMIs, SR(Surrounding Reality), and with ADAS perception data, positioning data, and map data fusion rendering solutions. • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English • Track record of successful technical delivery of complex software projects through the use of Agile techniques • Ability to analyse and resolve complex hardware and software interrelated issues • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate with excellence to business stakeholders and technical teams • Critically review solutions and provide technical direction and leadership to a team Experience | Skills - Desirable:  Working knowledge of Android OS in Automotive  Participate in variety of software and ECU (Electronic Control Unit) testing including unit testing, integration testing, bench end to end testing and in-vehicle test.  Deliver quality software by involving in architecture, requirements, design, code, and test case reviews.  Support manufacturing requirements analysis and development  Consider quality and safety critical functionality and understand electrical and computing risks that arise from working on Embedded System.
