Energy Platform Validation Lead Engineer / 动力能源平台验证主管工程师

• Be responsible for the delivery of the whole Energy platform validation tests for the global market including energy platform integration test, HV battery validation test, DCDC/BDU validation test. · Be responsible for plan all the validation work in the right level, right phase and right time. · Ensuring test resources are aligned with the validation

and escalate when needed. · Be responsible to summary and report the states of all the level of the validation tests and highlight the risks. · Review with the other and ensure the validation test activity is delivered on time, and to the required data quality and delivery standards. · Ensure tests executed to correct procedures & operating conditions, accurately and produce high quality data. · Establish, maintain and communicate accurate test plans, that clearly identify the timing and specific requirements of test facilities required. · Compile accurate technical reports for DV tests as evidence for component and system sign-off and communicate clearly to all stakeholders. · Ensure DV tests are conducted safely and in accordance with JLR H&S policies. · Support relevant technical reviews and lead/support issue resolution through established processes and standard JLR tools (AIMS/8D). · Interface with customers of the department effectively. Lead interaction with customers and suppliers, resolving any conflicts and escalating issues for resolution as necessary. Key Interactions · TGL (technical group leader) · Battery validation engineer · BCCM validation engineer · Battery and BCCM product Owner · Battery and BCCM Scrum master · Test Supplier · Technical Specialists (TS) · Validation Methods & Reliability Technical Discipline · Senior Leadership Team Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential: · Experience of traction batter/OBC/DCDC validation test delivery including but not limited to, vibration, shock, corrosion, immersion, spray, thermal cycle/shock, high temperature endurance, humidity endurance, HV/LV test, EMC test and etc… · Can use related SW (CANOE, INCA, and etc…) to flash SW, log data and control system rig. · Understanding of design principles and the application of quality tools within a product engineering environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline and automotive test experience at least 3 years. · Able to prioritise workload and lead issue resolution either individually or as part of a cross-functional team. · Highly self-motivated and able to act on initiative. · Experience and proficiency in data processing and control system software · Flexibility to work between JLR sites and external test facilities Desirable: · Understanding of traction battery/OBC/DCDC design architecture in an automotive engineering environment. · Previous experience of issue resolution within a project team environment. · Experience with DSPACE/VT system or equivalent test environment · Use of software programming to assist efficient data processing (Excel VBA, Matlab, Xray).
