Shanghai - Assistant Manager, People & Enterprise, Personal Tax Advisory

Be a principal contact with small to medium sized clients on day-to-day tax matters and work with partners, directors and managers on larger clients; Proactively monitor regular tax reporting / registration processes on client engagements, and effectively delegate to junior team members to complete regular processes in due course; Be involved in personal tax advisory and planning work to a diverse portfolio; Assist with business development and attend client events; Work on multiple concurrent projects and engagements; Assist to maintain financial management of client accounts; Keep internal control records up to date and ensure compliance with quality control and risk management procedures; Coach and provide feedback/direction to other less experienced team members. Experience & Background Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in personal tax advisory or related field
