Support senior team members on ongoing deals and business opportunities. Conduct sector and company research, potential buyers/targets analysis, comparable companies and transactions analysis etc. Assist in the preparation of business proposals, investment memorandums, reporting materials etc. Evaluate financial information and build valuation models. Coordinate communication with clients, investors and other external parties.

Bachelor or Master degree with an excellent academic background. Basic understanding of accounting and finance is required. Proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
