Supplier Quality Engineer

   供应商日常绩效监控 / Supplier Performance Monitoring a. 依据IQC检验数据、内部生产反馈、客户投诉等质量报告，监控供应商日常质量表现 Monitor suppliers' daily quality performance based on quality reports including IQC inspection data, internal production feedback, and customer complaints. b. 执行供应商月度/季度质量评价，及时预警并推动供应商整改，以质量数据驱动管理闭环 Implement monthly/quarterly supplier quality performance assessment, provide early warnings and drive corrective actions from supplier, forming a performance-data-driven management closed loop.

   供应商质量问题闭环管理 / Quality Issue Resolution a. 负责质量投诉的全过程跟踪，确保问题分析的系统性和整改措施的有效性 Take full ownership of quality complaint tracking from opening to closure, ensuring systematic root cause analysis and effectiveness of corrective actions. b. 审核并验证供应商8D报告，推动重复性/系统性问题的根本解决 Review and validate supplier 8D reports, driving fundamental resolution of recurring and systemic issues. c. 主导与供应商的定期质量会议，确保开放问题的完全闭环和供应商的持续改进 Lead regular quality meetings with suppliers, ensuring complete closure of open issues and continuous improvement from the supplier side.

   供应商过程能力提升 / Supplier Process Audit & Capability Improvement a. 定期对供应商进行现场拜访和过程监控，识别潜在风险并提前干预 Conduct regular on-site visits and process monitoring at supplier facilities to identify potential risks and implement early interventions. b. 对负责品类的供应商进行系统的能力评估（含技术能力、质量保证能力），输出供应商能力分级评价，向采购团队的下单策略提供质量维度的决策输入 Perform capability assessments for suppliers within responsible categories (covering technical capability, quality assurance capability), generate supplier capability classification and ratings, and provide quality-dimension decision-making inputs to the procurement team's order placement strategy. c. 推进供应商对产品关键特性和过程控制要求的识别和管控。提升供应商问题解决能力（8D方法论），重点提升根因识别的准确性及纠正措施的有效性。 Drive suppliers to identify and control product CTQ and process

Strengthen supplier problem-solving capability (8D methodology), with emphasis on improving the accuracy of root cause identification and the effectiveness of corrective actions. 4. 新供应商开发与准入 / New Supplier Development a. 协同采购部门参与新供应商开发，物料本地化项目的质量策划与推进，主导质量风险识别 Collaborate with the procurement department on new supplier development and quality planning for material localization projects, and lead quality risk identification. b. 导入或本地化之后的产能爬坡（RAMP UP） Lead the quality aspect of RAMP UP after new supplier onboarding or localization. Job Requirement / 岗位要求

1. 01

   教育背景 / Education 机械设计、材料成型、焊接技术与工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Material Forming, Welding Technology and Engineering, or related majors.

2. 02

   工作经验 / Experience a. 5年以上供应商质量管理经验，其中至少3年涉及金属机加工、结构件焊接、钣金成型的供应商质量管理经验，熟悉对应品类的制造工艺及质量管控要点 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management, with at least 3 years in supplier quality management for metal machining, structural welding, or sheet metal fabrication, and familiarity with the manufacturing processes and quality control points of these categories. b. 涉及大型机械装备类产品的供应商质量管理经验者优先 Experience in supplier quality management for large mechanical equipment products is preferred.

   专业技能 / Technical Skills a. 熟悉ISO 9001/IATF 16949质量管理体系，具备过程管控能力，能够通过数据分析和现场观察识别过程变异并推动改善 Familiar with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management systems. Capable of process control, able to identify process variations through data analysis and on-site observation and drive improvements. b. 熟悉8D、Control Plan等质量工具，并能实践应用 Proficient in quality tools including 8D, Control Plan…, with proven hands-on experience. c. 熟悉焊接工艺评定及无损检测的基本原理及应用场景者优先 Familiarity with welding procedure qualification and non-destructive testing (PT/MT/UT) principles and applications is preferred.

   管理与沟通 / Management & Communication a. 具备与内外部跨职能团队（采购、工程、生产、供应商管理层）高效协作的能力 Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams (procurement, engineering, production, supplier management). b. 具备较强的推动力，能够主导供应商端的质量改进项目直至闭环 Strong drive to lead supplier quality improvement projects to full closure. c. 具备团队管理或带教经验，能够辅导团队成员提升方法论能力者优先 Experience in team management or mentoring, with the ability to coach team members on methodology and execution, is preferred.

5. 05

   语言能力 / Language 良好的英语口语和读写能力，英语口语流利者优先 Good English reading and writing skills, Fluent spoken English is preferred.
