Beijing_Intern Logistics Operations，Aftersales Supply Chain

Ÿ As a member of logistics operation team, providing general support to all Supply Chain / Logistics operative topics

Ÿ Mainly responsible for claim operations and logistics data processing

Ÿ Support on Inbound claims (all brands) system/email feedback, missing information completion, documents & photo upload

Ÿ Support on Inbound information collection and archive. Combine the inbound shipment into report with regarding to suppliers’ information, parts information, volume and weight

Ÿ Support AI and Supply Chian innovation practice

Ÿ Support export order tracking and updates.

Ÿ Support daily importer inquires and coordinate follow-up actions.

Ÿ Support export data processing and database maintenance

Ÿ Support on logistic costs KPI data input (VAMOS)

Ÿ Support contract signature collection and documentation archive

Ÿ Ad-hoc project management support

Ÿ Daily auxiliary work, such as team coordination, meeting room bookings, handling documents and etc.

/Required Qualification:

Ÿ Bachelor or Master student.

Ÿ Chinese native, excellent English language skills: CET-4 and above.

Ÿ Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

Ÿ Education: Supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration preferred.

Ÿ Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills.
