Quality Control Manager

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Manage QC team and team budget/cost. Promote team spirit and improve employee competence. Be responsible for providing a safe workplace for employees and increasing employees’ safety awareness. · Deeply involve in new product introduction process of standard products. Understand the needs of customer, product installation and field service. Set up QC strategy and structure based on the quality

and manufacturing process of the standard products. · For every type of standard product, develop QC procedures of incoming parts, assembly/process and outgoing final products and coach suppliers to implement effective quality control. · Train assembly team to increase their quality awareness and self-inspection competence to effectively perform assembly quality control and process quality control. · Lead QC team to perform IQC (Incoming Quality Control) and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) to ensure the stable and consistent product quality level. Be responsible for all QC records filing and management for reliable traceability. · Be responsible for NC handling and approve concession. Lead root cause analysis of structural quality issues or badly complained issues, define improvement plan and push the implementation. Communicate to customer regarding significant quality issue and report to management team. · Track customer field quality feedback in a closed-loop manner, coordinate internal analysis and containment actions, and drive corrective and preventive improvements across production, supplier and design teams. · Carefully choose the quality improvement initiatives with best payback, optimize QC techniques and measures, and improve QC efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with supplier, production and design team, push the design optimization and process improvement to increase quality margin and stability. · Be responsible for quality related activities of new supplier development. Participate yearly supplier audit, evaluate supplier quality performance monthly with measurement of quality cost. Work with procurement and production to push and couch supplier for higher process capability and better QC permanence. · Be responsible for auditing quality critical processes. Maintain and improve quality of critical process by standardization, written procedures, process capability and competence improvement etc. · Be responsible for customized order quality management through supplier quality management qualification and monitoring. · Continuous improve the quality management process together with engineering, supplier with detail level and efficiency balanced. 任务职责包括但不限于: · 管理质量控制团队和团队预算/成本；发扬团队精神，提高员工能力；负责为员工提供一个安全的工作场所，提高员工的安全意识 · 深入参与标准产品的新产品导入过程；了解客户需求，产品安装和现场服务；根据标准产品的质量要求和生产工艺，建立质量控制策略和结构 · 针对每一种标准产品，制定进料、装配/工艺和成品的质量控制程序，并指导供应商实施有效的质量控制 · 培训装配团队提高质量意识和自检能力，有效执行装配质量控制和过程质量控制 · 领导质量控制团队执行进货检测（IQC）和出货检测（OQC），确保产品质量水平的稳定和一致。负责所有质量控制记录的归档和管理，确保可靠的可追溯性 · 负责不合格品的处理和特批；主导系统性质量问题或严重投诉问题的根本原因分析，制定改进计划并推动实施；就重大质量问题与客户沟通并向管理团队汇报 · 闭环跟踪客户现场质量反馈，协调内部分析和遏制措施，并推动生产、供应商和设计团队落实纠正和预防性改善 · 仔细选择收益最大的质量改进方案，优化质量控制技术和措施，提高质量控制效率和效果；与供应商，生产和设计团队紧密合作，推动设计优化和工艺改进，以提高质量边际和稳定性 · 负责新供应商开发的质量相关活动；参与供应商年度审核，每月评估供应商质量绩效并测量质量成本；与采购和生产部门合作，推动供应商提高工艺能力和质量保证 · 负责审核质量关键流程，通过标准化、书面程序、工艺能力和能力的提高等保持和提高关键工艺的质量 · 负责客户定制项目订单的质量管理。通过认证和管理供应商的质量管理体系保证交付质量 · 和工程设计以及供应商质量管理团队合作，在平衡管理颗粒度和效率的基础上持续改进质量 Education & Experience · Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, instrument & metrology, automation or similar · 5-10 years’ working experience in quality related positions in massive production industry of mechanical products or electric/electronics products. · 2+ years’ experience in quality management Knowledge & Skills · Mechanical, material engieering, electronic and electrical knowledge. · Knowledge of machining, welding and surface treatment processes. · Familiar with common quality inspection techniques and instruments · Master tools and methodologies of quality control and quality improvement · Good PC and MS office skills · Strong analysis and problem-solving skills · Good communication skills · Good in both oral and written English & Chinese (Mandarin) Personality & Behavior Traits · Customer-oriented · Self-motivated · Sense of accountability · Urgency awareness · Teamwork spirit 教育和经验要求： · 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气/电子工程、仪器与计量、自动化或相关专业 · 5-10年机械产品或电气/电子产品大规模生产行业质量相关岗位工作经验 · 2年以上质量管理经验 知识技能： · 良好的机械，材料工程，电子和电气知识 · 具备机加工，焊接和表面处理工艺知识 · 熟悉常用的质量检测技术和仪器 · 掌握质量控制和质量改进的工具和方法 · 熟练使用计算机和办公软件 · 较强的分析和解决问题能力 · 良好的沟通能力 · 良好的中英文书写和口语能力
