System Integration & Data Governance Design integration solutions between the procurement platform and upstream/downstream systems, including: ERP (master data, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification) PLM (Bill of Materials, engineering change status) MES / WMS (actual consumption, inventory levels) SRM / EDI (data exchange with suppliers, supporting VDA/ODETTE standards) Define procurement data standards (supplier code, material group, price unit, incoterms, etc.), drive master data governance, and ensure cross-system data consistency.
User Adoption & Continuous Improvement Organize training and UAT for key users in procurement and supply chain, and collect frontline feedback (e.g., usability issues reported by plant planners when submitting stamping part call-offs). Analyze product usage through data tracking, identify low-adoption features, and optimize (e.g., overly long approval chains for non-production procurement). Regularly generate product metrics reports, including metrics such as: procurement order automation rate, supplier self-service reconciliation ratio, paperless goods receipt coverage, and average lead time from purchase requisition to order placement. III. Qualifications Must-Haves 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on procurement / supply chain digitalization. Familiar with at least one major ERP procurement module (SAP MM, QAD, Oracle EBS, Infor LN, etc.), with product design experience integrating with ERP. Proficient in using SQL or BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for data analysis such as supplier delivery performance and procurement cost. Strong documentation and communication skills – able to write clearly structured PRDs and also discuss barcode scanning processes with logistics operators on the factory floor. Nice-to-Haves Experience working in automotive Tier 1 or OEM digitalization departments. Implemented or extensively used procurement digital suites such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP, Ivalua, Zhenyun, QiQiTong, etc. Knowledge of EDI messages (e.g., DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV, INVOIC) or RFID/IoT devices in warehouse receiving.
