AD/ADAS Test lead Engineer/AD/ADAS测试主管工程师

Work closely with Volvo AD/ADAS function owner and Geely dependent department in Hangzhou Bay to support the development and test validation of ADAS functions, include driving, parking and active safety. Lead the test validation activities for SMA and GSA platform projects, including test plan development, test case authoring, test execution, issue tracking, and test report generation throughout the full validation lifecycle. Responsible for certification and validation activities related to mandatory national standards (GB) and new car assessment programs (e.g C-NCAP), ensuring product compliance with regulatory and assessment

. What you’ll bring Control Theory Foundation Solid theoretical background in automatic control systems with in-depth understanding of mainstream control algorithms including PID, LQR, and MPC. Hands-on experience in calibration, parameter tuning, and validation of ADAS active safety features (AEB, LSS, BSD, etc.) and driving assistance features (ICC, NOA). Active Safety Testing Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in active safety function and driver assistant testing , with the ability to independently lead testing activities for ADAS evaluation protocols and mandatory national standards, including but not limited to: GB,CNCAP,CICAP,CIASI,ENCAP,GSR Active Safety Function and driver assistant Function Knowledge Deep understanding of the working principles and boundary conditions of core active safety functions, including but not limited to: AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking, covering C2C, C2P, and VRU scenarios) LSS (Lane Support Systems, including ELK, LDW, LKA, ELKS) BSD (Blind Spot Detection, including LCA, DOW, RCW) ICC and NPP （Navigation Pilot Assistant） Familiar with sensor fusion, decision-making, planning, and longitudinal/lateral control logic. Testing Tools Proficient in mainstream ADAS testing equipment (e.g., OxTS, RT-Range, VBOX, ABD robots), with strong capabilities in data acquisition and analysis. Familiar with CAN / CAN-FD / LIN / Automotive Ethernet bus protocols and toolchains such as Vector CANoe / CANalyzer. English Proficiency Fluent in English writing and reading with the ability to use it as a working language. Capable of independently reading English regulations, technical standards (e.g., ISO, SAE, Euro NCAP protocols), and academic papers, and communicating effectively with overseas teams and certification authorities. Driving Skills Hold a valid Class C1 or above Chinese driver's license with proficient driving skills. Possess passing certificates for hands-on skill examinations at major Chinese proving grounds (e.g., Guangde Proving Ground, Shangrao Lingchuang Proving Ground). Want to know more?
