Cash & Bank Accountant/现金及银行会计

Daily manual payment & status tracking. • Daily confirm collection status and provide bank slips. • Daily bank acceptance discounting and issuing/BAD report. • Weekly bank transaction posting and track interim account clearing. • Handle unbalance items with root cause analysis, proactively identify problems and find correct person to solve the problem. • Monthly bank reconciliation. • Monthly closing activities for cash pooling and cross entity / items reconciliation. • Regular SAFE monthly report with data verified. • IC loan and deposit posting if necessary. • Audit support and government inspection support. • Design automation program for team process optimization & improvement. • Other assigned activities by team leader.

University degree in finance or accounting or equivalent • Fluent English, oral and writing, second language (Japan, Korea etc.), a plus • Can work under pressure with tight deadline and multi tasks • Good communication skills and service spirit • Good system knowledge SAP, a plus • Strong skill of automation tools such as VBA/RPA/AI, a plus • Working experience in SSC environment will be a plus.
