Geek+ Global Programs Manager

Lead global customer, partner, and regional programs. • Plan and execute roadshows, webinars, workshops, factory visits, and customer events. • Support product launches and strategic commercial initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional projects across global teams. • Manage program timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and execution. • Develop scalable program frameworks and best practices. • Measure program performance and drive continuous improvement. • Support additional strategic initiatives as business priorities evolve.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in program management, business development, marketing, customer engagement, or related roles. • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working across global teams and with senior stakeholders. • Outgoing, proactive, execution-oriented, and willing to travel internationally. • Experience in robotics, automation, logistics, industrial technology, or enterprise software is preferred.
