射频工程师，Wifi/蓝牙 RF Engineer，WIFI/Bluetooth

We are seeking a highly motivated RF System Engineer to join our R&D team for WIFI/Bluetooth in Shanghai. In this role, you will design, validate, and optimize Wi-Fi and Bluetooth subsystems within Tesla's vehicles. Responsibilities Design the RF system for Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) and Bluetooth (Classic & BLE) subsystems, ensuring optimal link margin, throughput, and latency under real-world driving conditions. Implement comprehensive Conducted test setups. Develop test plans and guidelines to validate RF performance against industry standards (FCC, CE, RED) and internal Tesla performance metrics. Utilize advanced RF instrumentation (Spectrum Analyzers, VNA, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Protocol Analyzers) to diagnose and resolve complex RF issues, including interference, sensitivity drops, and packet loss. Work closely with Hardware, Embedded Software, and Antenna teams to ensure seamless integration of RF subsystems into the vehicle architecture. Perform RF simulations and modeling to predict front-end performance, antenna coupling, and system-level link budgets. Ensure all RF designs meet global regulatory compliance

and automotive EMC/EMI standards. Technical Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field . Deep understanding of Wi-Fi (802.11) and Bluetooth (BLE/Classic) protocols, physical layers, and MAC layer behaviors. Strong grasp of electromagnetic wave propagation, RF front-end design (LNA, PA, Mixers, Filters), and impedance matching. Experience with Antenna Design and integration in vehicle environments (metal shielding, multipath effects). Hands-on experience with RF test equipment including Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Wireless Protocol Analyzers (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz). Proven ability to perform hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and failure isolation in RF systems. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with UWB or Cellular (4G/5G) technologies is a plus.、 Familiarity with OTA update mechanisms and wireless security protocols. Experience with EMC/EMI pre-compliance testing and mitigation strategies. Proficient in Python or C++ for test automation, data analysis, and instrument control (SCPI/VISA).
