Technical Consultant R3

Job Responsibility:      

1. 2nd-level-Support of the Festo Asian national companies in solving technical problems with a primary focus on Electrical Automation (Valve terminals, Remote I/O systems, PLCs - Festo and 3rd party)
2. Investigate and evaluate problems and develop solution proposals involving the use of components and systems in various applications in the field of Electrical Automation
3. Preparation and execution of Region Asia training in English
4. Close cooperation with the development, product management and sales departments, as well as with the Festo national companies and customers around the world
5. On-site support for commissioning and troubleshooting at customer locations (as required)

Job

1. At least 5 years of relevant business experience necessary.
2. Technical knowledge
3. Knowledge of products/applications/processes
4. Knowledge of Festo as a company
5. English fluent, German would be beneficial
6. MS-Office, SAP
7. On-Site experience would be desirable
